Things To Do Daily
Naturally, I have a lot of lists. I have a weekly to-do list outlining when I'll go to the gym; a list of 101 goals to complete in 1001 days; a list of milestones I'd like to reach career-wise. But I think my most important list - the one that really keeps me focused and enriches my life - is my Things To Do Daily List.
The Things To Do Daily is, quite simply, a list of things that I aspire to achieve each and every day. While my level of success may vary, knowing I have this list to fall back on and strive for makes life seem more manageable and - dare I say it? - more fun. Give it a try - you might be surprised to find how big a simple series of small things can make you feel. <3
Chrissy's Things To Do Daily!
1. Do stomach crunches and push ups while the morning coffee brews.
2. Write fiction for at least 30 minutes. Blogging doesn't count!
3. Eat at least two pieces of fruit. Preferably fresh.
4. Perform a random act of kindness.
5. Spend time playing with or walking my dog.
6. Make sure the dishes are done.
7. Tell my boyfriend that I love him.
8. Read a novel for at least 30 minutes before I fall asleep.

I don't really have a list like this, surprisingly, but here are some of the things I try to do every day!
1. Drink a pint of water and take vitamins with breakfast
2. Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg per day
3. Drink a glass of water before snacks to try and ward off the craving
4. Write for 30 minutes each morning
5. Do at least an hour of my law course work in the evening
6. Do some exercise (haven't really worked out what yet!)
Yes, yes. If you don't have a Things To Do Daily list, now is the time to make one!
1. Read for at least an hour even if split up
2. Eat an apple
3. Study
4. Drink my suggested water serving
Like you I have a 101 things in 1001 days list, a weekly list, a normal to-do list.
I don`t have a to do daily list but I have a weekly resolutions list I try to write each Sunday- a lot of the time it is repeats of stuff (like blog a certain number of times, walk a certain number of times and eat a certain number of vegies!)- a daily to do list though sounds like a good idea.
i do weekly resolutions sometimes, too. mostly whenever i'm really busy and have a lot on my plate!
1. Take my vitamins.
2. Finish at least two projects at work today.
3. 30-45 minutes of cardio.
4. Finish a scarf tonight.
This is a great list.
I really should start free writing some more.
You have a very, very cute blog! Good luck with all your goals! ;)
This month it consistently includes:
01. Drink 2L water.
02. Take vitamin.
03. Do 200 situps.
04. Read 30 minutes.
05. Eat Weet Bix for breakfast.
Things I do daily:
1. Stretch
2. Drink water, lots of water.
3. Notice the students who are feeling down and encourage them.
4. Notice the students who are feeling a little "too confident" and teach them some humility.
5. Notice the students who are middling and let them know that I notice.
6. Give myself some "hermit mode" time so I have enough energy to notice other people.
The only thing i make sure i do everyday is tell my girlfriend I love her. I should try something else as well. It might be fun to do.
