Favourite Childhood TV Shows
When I was growing up there were none of these dedicated TV channels for children. Oh no, in the good old days we treasured the few hours of good children's programmes each day! Some of my favourites:
- Playschool (the ultimate New Zealand children's show)
- What Now? (another great Kiwi programme)
- My Little Ponies
- Seasame Street
- Sooty and Sweep
- Diff'rent Strokes (I used to make my family call me Arnold after one of the characters)
- Captain Planet
- Puddle Lane
- Animaniacs

oh the memories. most of these are uk based shows. i had to look on here http://www.classickidstv.co.uk/wiki/Category:Show to remember some and now i wish i was a kid again...

@ Zavi - I remember Ghost Writer! I used to love that show too. And how could I forget Batman? Both animated and the one starring Adam West.
